Credit card update

I cannot get my credit card on my Apple ID to update. I have a new expiration. I’ve tried adding a new card and it’s not working. All that shows up is my expired card and it won’t let me delete it. The new one if I try to enter it says it already exist because I have already added it but it’s not showing up! Help
