I bought an iPhone 7 from someone 3 years ago and it already had a premade apple id and everything was okay

but 3 months ago I had problems with password and everything, now my apple id is locked and i don't have a way to recover it

does anyone knows what company sells the usxid.com apple ids so I could contact them and ask them to recover or remove this apple id so I could use my iPhone again?

I have the password but the security question is wrong and I don't have access to the email used to create this apple id

if any one knows anything about the usxid.com apple id id appreciate it

Good afternoon sanaz213,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

It sounds like you purchased an iPhone with Activation Lock. There is no such thing as a "pre-made Apple ID." An Apple ID is created from your primary email account with your own password and Two Factor Authentication for security.

There is no way to access the data on this iPhone unless the original seller removes the Apple ID.

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

Take care.

No one sells AppleID’s since they are free and easily made by anyone. Unless you’re in a country where Apple does not do business (Iran, Syria, North Korea) since you cannot make a legitimate AppleID in those countries as apple does not support them there since they don’t do business there.

And in countries Apple does business in, no new iphone sold by Apple or an Apple Authorized seller will ever have an AppleID already set up on it. The buyer does that themselves when they activate their new device.

An AppleID is Apple’s personal user ID for use with accounts for Apple services (iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, etc). Just as your bank or email provider, or other online account providers do not make personal user login IDs and set passwords for you, neither does Apple. People create their own online service login IDs and passwords so only they know them and thus can keep their accounts private and secure.

In your case, you bought a used device with someone else’s credentials set up on it. They should have cleared it properly for sale first so you could have set it up yourself with your own privately created AppleID. Now, if you cannot contact the seller and get help with it, you’re out of luck unfortunately.
