I can not receive calls on my new iPhone 12 mini.

In connection with new phone, I copied everything from my old iPhone using the wizard on the new 12 mini.

When someone call me, the call will not show at all on my phone. After a few minutes after the caller hang up, my phone shows missed call from actual caller.

In addition, my contact list is not working. I can see it, but that's all. When I should call someone I need to call from "favorites" or "recent calls" or dial the number directly.

I have deactivated do not disturb.
