I forgot my password for my phone.

My iPhone was disabled because of wrong password too many times. I can’t sign info iCloud to use a backed up version because it asks me to give a verification code from my phone, but I can’t access my phone cause it’s disabled. I hope to be able to recover my phone without wiping all the data..
