disabled phone
my phone is disabled, i know my apple ID and password but iTunes and iCloud on my Mac is asking for a verification code but i can't access my phone so i don't know how to get it

If the IPHONE is disabled:--> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
If your ACCOUNT is disabled:--> If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
If your ACCOUNT is disabled in iTunes / AppStore:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
