Can anyone make sense of this 'recent wifi' document on my Air? Should I be seeing 'LEAKY_AP'?

Is there an absolute hero out there who can quickly 'translate' what the last few lines of this 'recent wifi doc' means and how, if at all, it relates to me? I use a VPN and am aware of what a 'leaky app' is in principle, so seeing LEAKY_AP_LEARNED_DATA triggered some unease, or at least eagerness of broadly understand what tf it means.

Thank you!

Regardless, what P. Phillips has provided you is what these lines, in the screenshot you provided, are referring to. In this case, your WAN-side IP address is still being "seen" from whatever VPN you are using.

Don't use VPN services. The only real need for a VPN is is Mandated to use one from HeadOffice for working Off-Site and counting the HQ Network for work purposes. Otherwise - Commercial VPNs are just harvesting your data in-order to monetize it for their purposes. So, your Data and useable that one believes is Private and Secure is more of a Myth and Truth.
