NEW Apple ID separating from a shared ID; NEW MacBook Air/ Current iPhone; Keep Data and ADD to Existing Family Share plan

Hello,

I have purchased a NEW MacBookAir for my Daughter, she currently runs her iPhone 8 off of my AppleID, we share photos, apps, and sometimes her facetime/ messenger videos/calls and other app content comes across my iPhone 11, and my iPadPro

My iCloud storage, iTunes music, and a few other apple subscriptions are attached to my husband's Family Share Plan.

I want to create a new AppleID AND an iCloud email for my daughter for her MacBookAir and her iPhone8, but we don't want to lose any photos or apps that are currently synced to her device via my Apple ID.

I also want to add her new Apple ID to the Family Share plan my husband manages- to share music and storage he subscribes to.

Is it possible to keep ALL the currently synced content on her iPhone 8, sync all the data to her new MacBookAir, and also add her to the family share plan under her new Apple ID?

What steps do I take to do this (Please help by providing step by step- laymen's terms information, I get mixed up easily ;) NOTE: I still have to set up her new MacBookAir device- as it is factory fresh at this point!

Thx

If 13 years old or older.

Apple ID - create a new.

Apple ID – Create

If under 13 years old, you will need to set up Family Sharing to create an ID.

When changing to the new ID, there may be some data loss, but you can minimize it. If syncing photos with iCloud, ensure Optimization is turned off in Settings/Your Name/iCloud/Photos and/or in Photos/Preferences/iCloud. Then make sure full resolution photos are on the device/computer. When signing out of iCloud, if asked whether you want to retain data, choose yes. Messages conversations will be lost if they are addressed to the ID. See the article below for other places that the old ID should be removed. See Winston Churchill's response in the below discussion. Also set up Family Sharing between the IDs to keep access to your apps/purchases.
