Chat with an Agent about transferring one photos from one icloud to another icloud account to be able to print them??
How do you cut the BS and get to chat with an agent?

Finding Apple impossible to get anywhere. Cannot find how to talk with an agent again. Had to use an agent to get an Apple ID, for downloading ICloud to Windows PC. Now I'm told I need a Mac etc. to use my ID. Going to go delete Apple's ICloud. It is not worth all this hassle.
