How do I enable my iPhone mini 12 to be able to watch movies from hallmark it keeps saying “playback over cellular disabled” How do I enable it?

Do you have unlimited data from your cellular provider? If not, you need to speak with your cellular provider. Streaming a movie can eat up a LOT of data. Do you not have access to Wifi, which would remove this limitation?
