Frozen screen

I have an iPhone 11. Anyways, the screen is frozen and I’ve tried pushing buttons, etc. as per suggestion on the support page. I keep getting the message Emergency SOS when I follow the instructions that I believe need to be followed in order to restart the phone. Can anyone help? Thanks
