Cancellation of subscription during free trial period
Why was my credit card charged immediately for a subscription that came with 7-Day trial period? I’ve decided that I do not want to proceed past the trial period and have cancelled the subscription but am not being given a refund of the charge. Purchase was for MLB Network at $89 on July 4 and has been charged… When cancellation was made inside if 7 days (today the 6th) all that resulted was the auto renewal being turned off and subscription remaining in tact until next year. I would like an immediate refund of the subscription. Purchase was made through my Apple TV.
