Apple Store MacBook Pro

Hi It’s possible to buy the MacBook Pro in USA store whit Portuguese layout keyboard?

You can check what is possible in the US by going to the online store and pretending you are buying one. There is a menu to choose the keyboard. For a MacBook Pro, it is shown below. As you can see, Portuguese is possible from the online store. As to whether any particular retail store would have one, you would have to ask them directly yourself.

Generally not. Because Spanish is a common language, you can pick a Spanish keyboard in the U.S. Also keep in mind just because the keyboard is Qwerty does not mean that the accents for a language are missing. They are just located in a different part of the keyboard. Many are accessed using the Option key. Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Input Sources has a checkbox to show the Input menu in the menubar near the clock. From there, you can open a keyboard viewer that will show the various accents when you hit command, option, shift, or a combination of the three. When key is outlined, that means you can hit the shortcut in question to add an accent to a letter and then followup by hitting the letter after holding the key combination. ú is done by option-e then u. Etc...
