Mega Safe 2 power adapter to USB C power adapter

I have two Mac Air - 1 uses a USB C power adapter and the other uses a Mega Safe 2 adapter. Is there a cable or a connector available that would allow me to use the power cords interchangeably? I am certain at some point I will forget the USB adapter at work and need to power my Air at home.
