Lost airpods pro case

Hello,

Just want to know how to buy an AirPods Pro case? I can’t see it in the store.

PS - Apple please improve your support. When I go to chat support under lost AirPods Case, it requires me to find the serial number of the AirPods which is in the case. It’s lost! if I found the serial number, on the case probably I have the case!

I suspect the number as indicated in the how to find your serial number documentation is adequate, and that includes the receipt and box. It also mentions an invoice - Viewing & Changing Orders - Shopping Help - Apple - https://www.apple.com/shop/help/viewing_changing_orders - "Once an item is shipped or picked up, Apple will create an invoice for your order.

The cost for damaged Airpods may be lessened by any 'AppleCare+ For Headphones' coverage you may have.
