My Messages and Face Time apps have stopped working.
Though messages appear as delivered at my end and calls appear to be ringing, the person at the other end cannot see them. Can anyone help?

Based on the information you shared, the calls seem to be ringing and the iMessage appear to be delivered. In this case, we recommend speaking to the recipient as the issue could very well be on their end with their carrier. Does this only happen with one contact? If so check Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
