How to stop getting calls from someone on my iPhone?

I have been receiving phone calls every day over and over again and I’ve been hung up on several times. I know Apple never calls people about there iCloud account. I was wondering is there a way to stop this because it’s very annoying and very frustrating getting phone calls every few hours and being harassed.
