windows hello not working in Bootcamp

I cannot set windows hello to work in bootcamp. The camera is not recognised by windows. is there a solution?

Windows Hello is not supported on Bootcamp, but you Camera should work as a regular camera. Does the Windows Camera app work?

Unfortunately, Windows Hello is not supported on Macs.

thanks. Yes, the camera works in other apps. I specifically wanted to set up Windows hello though :-(
