My phone company said that my cellphone was suspended and that I had to call customer service which I did I even paid my phone bill through customer service now my mobile data won’t work or is not working

Then you need to call them back. Your cell service has nothing to do with Apple or your phone.

Restore your iPhone from a Backup:
Have any backups of this iPhone prior to this occurrence? If so, then restore your iPhone from one that particularly contains this info. If not, then take this as a learning experience, knowing to always backup your device prior to making any major change to it(i.e. upgrade installations). Important: Back up you iPhone prior to performing this restoration, should anything go wrong from here on out.
