iPhone7 speakers and mic issues

My iPhone7s mic and speakers “on or off speakerphone” will work for calls or Siri but plays music fine. Now before you start with “check your sound volume, or ringer, etc.” comments I’ve been through my phone constantly for 2 months or more trying to fix this. Is it an apple issue? Or is it something I can do? I know multiple people who have the same issues on there iPhone 7 just mine has completely quit. Sometimes it works with Bluetooth but sometimes it doesn’t or cuts off mid conversation. Won’t let me change speaker option during calls either.
