Why might my message be "Not Delivered" ?

Incomplete cellphone number, incorrect number, Mobile Plan from Provider does not include International Texting. Altought performing from computer - it is connected to the iPhone Mobile Plan

Depending on what sort of message we’re referring to here, email too can be rejected for various reasons. The rejecting mail server usually provides some feedback on that in the response.
