Iphone storage full. Can not enter my phone

Hello! My name is Rayan Merhy. I have an Iphone 11 pro. My phone suddenly turned off and gave me all the time a black screen with the apple logo ( just as when I first turn my phone on). I'm not sure if the problem is because my phone storage was full. It's been 2 days and still the same problem. I have all my work on my phone. Please tell me how to fix it.

my iphone is on full storage and i cant open it my iphone is on full storage and i wanted to empty it but i postponed that until the end of the day because i was busy. suddenly i saw a loading black screen and since then i cant open my iphone. i tried everything and now im trying recovery mode, i hope it work. does anyone have any idea what to do, or went through the same thing? pls help :)
