Please our useful community I need your help because it's remain Small to Lost my device because I buy second hand iPhone 6 I use it long time but I didn't know its have a activation lock now I reset all content I want log my iCloud again but it's show me it in activation lock by the original owner and then i don't know who is the original owner of the device please help me thanks

Activation Lock is intended as a theft deterrent, and is not something anybody here can assist with bypassing, nor will the folks at Apple assist with bypassing. Not for a case such as this.
Return this iPhone for refund, or ask the seller use iCloud to remove the lock, or recycle it.
If the seller has disappeared as is common for many of these cases, you got scammed. Recycle it.
If the seller represented this sale as being “for parts” or “as is”, well, you have parts.
