My iPhone has been exposed to some minor water. When I press the start button the apple logo shows up for 2-5 seconds then the screen flashes and turns dark, then does the same again and repeat.

Any idea on what could've happened?

Hey,

You could always try putting the iPhone into recovery mode, and connect it to a computer where you get the option to restore the device. If that doesn't help then the phone most likely experience liquid damage and you'll need to get it serviced.
