Hi karyadi64,

Thanks for reaching out about connecting your iPhone with 5GHz Wi-Fi networks. We can help with this.

Take a look at the article below with some troubleshooting steps to help with connecting to Wi-Fi networks.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

If the issue remains, can you provide us with some more details? Have you been able to connect to this 5GHz network in the past? If you restart the modem and router, does the issue remain?

Take Care.

The issue still remains. My iphone 11 never connect wifi 5GHz at all before. I did already restart modem and router still the issue remain. I think because the channel of the router setting for 5 GHz my router only 64. And maybe for iphone in indonesia need channel 149 up to connect wifi 5 GHz. Because all device i have buy in indonesia cant connected to wifi 5GHz like my macbook pro 2019 cant connect or detect the wifi 5GHz. While

iphone X ( i buy in singapore)

iphone 11 pro (i buy in singapore)

is there any setting to change channel on my iphone ?
