I order and iPhone 12 and I never got it
Even though I told the I order it and never got it they still didn’t send it to me

This is a user-to-user technical support site operated by Apple, no one here can track your order. Which Apple Store or Apple Online Store did you buy it from. Did you call them, give them the order number and have them check it? You didn't send it to a shipping forwarder did you?
