My Face ID always says move a little higher or lower. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone and removing my screen protector if it’s blocking the sensor. But nothing I’ve done worked my iOS is up to date. Please respond anyone

Try a Forced Restart. It is always surprising to see how many things such a restart can clear up - worth a try anyway.

Hiya. I’ve tried every step in there and nothing seemed to fix it it still says move higher/lower. Any other things to try.
Well a forced restart didn’t fix it but thanks for all the tips. I will be trying to take it to a apple store to see what’s wrong with it.
