Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

Same issue- apparently the instructions i Apple's article for Mojave and later don't work if you have an older (2014 in my case) system upgraded to Big Sur. The resetFusion command gives and unrecognized verb error in Terminal. Using the instructions provided for earlier OS versions did work, however.
So apparently the hardware version matters, not just the OS you are currently running- this is not stated in the Apple support article.
I am assuming from the link at the top of this page that you already tried the instructions in the Apple article Jack-19 linked,
If those do not work, you probably need to have Apple look at the problem.
For macOS High Sierra and below, you can watch this video for Terminal Commands you need to enter in Terminal while in Recovery Mode.
Hello there, I was able to fix the fusion drive.
The problem I kept running into was that the iMac had Mojave, but the instructions for Mojave weren't working.
I had to start up from MacOS recovery over the internet. Then I found out that the iMac's original OS was El Capitan.
The Fusion drive was fixed once I followed the instructions for El Capitan.
Thanks for the help.
