Apple Watch Missing From Box When Delivered

I ordered a series 6 apple watch through Chase Ultimate Rewards last week. The box arrived early this week and looked like it had been opened and taped back shut. My fears were realized when I opened the box and discovered the shrink wrap was missing from the Apple Watch box inside and that the watch head itself was missing from the box.

Has anyone else had this happen recently? Smudgy fingerprints on the apple box too. Called Apple and they pretty much told me they cannot help and to call Chase. Chase is supposedly "investigating" with UPS, but I haven't heard anything since first of the week.
