Series 2 won’t charge

After reading all the charging suggestions and sitting here and watching it charge for a few minutes I’ve noticed that the watch tries to start charge and after 5 seconds it will turn from charged to not charging and shut off. It does this continually and starts to overheat. Can it be repaired?

Most of the time, overheating is related to battery issues. When the battery of a device is already worn out (for long term use), it can not only degrade the battery life and usage of a device but can also cause it to overheat.

So it is well likely that a battery replacement could fix that issue.
