When texting the screen switches into this weird set up. See screenshot below.. pretty much the only way to get out of it is to reboot the phone.
it happens almost every day since I’ve gotten the new iphone 12..
any insight on how to fix this would be amazing! Thanks in advance!

If the issue continues, Reset All Settings on your iPhone. WARNING: If you choose the Erase All Content and Settings option, all of your content is removed:

As stated above, Reset All Settings on your iPhone. This just resets the settings, but keeps your content. WARNING: If you choose the Erase All Content and Settings option, all of your content is removed. So yes, it is different!

Hi Jack! I reset all the settings. And of course I had to re-enter password and reset everything up. So it worked fine all day and I felt hopeful except tonight it switched to that same view. see screenshot of us. So maddening. Any other ideas?
I’m so sorry for all the typos above. I talk to text and obviously did not read this over before posting last night and could not figure out how to edit this morning. Anyway, basically the problem is back and wonder if you have any other ideas.
