Cannot install Iron Saga

I had to uninstall the app for a Code Level Update, now I can't reinstall it because the app store wants me to verify my billing address, if I do it normally while signed in, I get stuck in a infinite loading screen.


If I sign out, attempt to install, sign back in, I get stuck in a endless loop of verifying billing address and never install the app, alittle help here?

Thanks for the screenshots and details. Since you're asked to verify your billing information, have you checked to confirm you have an updated credit or debit card linked to your account? Also, does the billing address linked to your account, match what is on file with your payment method? Another good thing to check, is to make sure you don't have any unsettled charges for the App Store or iTunes. You can check this by reviewing your purchase history in Settings > Your Name > Media & Purchases > Purchase History. Would you also mind checking to see if you can download a free app that you haven't downloaded previously? You can delete it right away; we just want to see if this issue is isolated specifically to the game you're trying to install.

See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more


One more thing you may want to review is your available device storage, just to ensure you have enough free space to support the app. For this, go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

Thanks for the follow up! The issue could be the pending payment. It's possible that for some reason the purchase was declined or couldn't be charged to your credit/debit card. When this happens, you aren't permitted to download any apps, make in-app or iTunes purchases, or install app updates. To be sure, and for additional guidance, you might want to reach out to Apple Support for help with this. You can contact them directly at Get Support.

I have indeed checked my linked card, and I removed it from my account just to be sure, it did match though when it was on there. I do have a pending payment on Iron Saga, but weirdly it is *something* I already recieved in game.


as for it being a issue specifically related to Iron Saga itself? It is not, I did check last night and forgot to mention it. It's an issue with Reinstalling Apps in general, same exact process same exact results when trying to reinstall Fate Grand Order , still got 220 gigabytes free on the storage so it's not related to that.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're running into an issue reinstalling an app to your device. Would you let us know which model device you're using? Can you let us know what actions you're taking to reinstall the app? Are you looking it up under Search in the App Store, or are you attempting to download it from App Store > Account > Purchased? At any time do you receive an error message? You mentioned that you get stuck on a loading screen. Does this happen if connected to a different Wi-Fi network or when using cellular data?

my phone is an older model, iPhone 8 Plus running software version 14.6, model number MRTH2LL/A


I have attempted to re-install it from the app store *and* from purchased apps, Infinite Load Screen, no Error Messages, same result regardless of Wi-Fi Network or Cellular Data, the alternative condition is I log out of my apple account, search it on the Iphone Store, attempt to re-install, re-login, then instead of a Infinite Load Screen, I get stuck inside of a infinite loop of "verifying" my billing address, same result regardless, cannot reinstall any app I have removed from the Iphone.
