Getting into an Infinite Loading Screen when trying to verify Billing Address

So I'm trying to reinstall an App, Iron Saga if that matters at all, to get the code level update, but everytime I try, it tells me to enter my password and verify my billing address, which is alright and good, but I'm getting trapped in a Infinite Loading screen, I mean I have sat down, tapped it every so often and finished a 2 hour movie and it hasn't changed *at all*.
