Finder using significant energy

I'm encountering kind of an issue as macOS often reports Finder to use significant energy, thus draining the battery more quickly.

It mostly happens while working normally. Normally for me means that Finder has a window with usually 5 to 10 tabs open, one for each folder I need to deal at the time.

Usually, closing the Finder window helps working around the issue.

I expected Apple to look into this, as some other threads were open (though I wasn't able to reply to them), but so far no fix.

Any hint?
