I forgot my code to my screen time app how do I figure out the password

As long as your phone is updated to iOS 13.4 or higher, see this link --> If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support

If you have an older phone which cannot be updated past iOS 12.5.4, you will need to use the Related Article link at the top of this page, which brought you here and you'll have to erase your iPhone using iTunes on your computer.

Did you not click on the Link (words in blue) I provided which clearly says "If you forgot your Screen Time passcode?"

The reality is if you cannot reset the Screen Time Passcode via the instructions in the link I gave you, you will HAVE to use the forgot passcode for your phone and erase your phone completely using your computer with iTunes, following the directions in that link.

Those are your only two options.
