When I click on the side button that mutes the phone I’ve noticed the ringer volume is very low but I don’t seem to be able to adjust it.
Also when connected by usb in my car for Apple CarPlay it seems I really have to crank up the volume and when playing music and using Maps I can nearly hear the directions.
just wondering if this all related?

I appreciate your time. My sound isn’t distorted or the other items either. It just seems I have to raise the volume about what I consider normal, 10-12 range to really “rock out”😀 It is set up in the 20’s range. To that point when Apple Music is on and I’m using Maps through Apple CarPlay you can barely hear the directions through the car speakers. Thank you.
