Ringer and voice volume

I have a iPhone 8 Plus and all of a sudden the ringer volume went away almost completely and the listening volume is almost gone. Otherwise the phone works great. I am a 100% Disabled veteran and I am on a limited income. What can I do to fix the problem. My volume level is showing at the maximum level. I cannot answer a call due to not hearing the ringer. Can you please help me with this problem. Thank you for your time. David Riva

I hear the volume and the ringer very low. I have tried all of the suggested solutions you have given me. So now what??????
