iPad is in a boot loop

Hello! My name is Liv. I’ve been having some problems with my iPad that I got around 7 months ago. It’s in a boot loop!, yes I know this can be fixed with a computer but my problem is, the only “computer” I have is a desktop 10. My desktop unfortunately does not hold my charger my iPad takes. I’ve been trying to get this out of the loop for 2 weeks or so and I’ve given up to ask for some help. I’ve watched so many videos and none of them will help me at all. Please.
