Use another device and go to iCloud.com sign in and if it ask you for a code choose find my iPhone

Try and use the Find My iPhone App if she is not sharing her location with you login to iCloud.com with her Apple ID and then open find my to try and locate it.

Tip:

When you have a link to give to someone you can click on the chain/link icon in the toolbar and it will let you, if it is an apple support link it will show up like this, If Find My iPhone is offline or not working - Apple Support
