Unbinding eve echoes from apple and Game Center

I’ve played eve echoes for about a year on my android phone. I recently got an iPad Pro 2020. Now I’m trying to get my account linked to the pad. Both apple and Game Center are bound to a new start game.I can log in as a guest to see my real account but can’t play full game until I bind to the pad properly?

ive uninstalled and deleted a few times .. and it comes back the same way . The other games I play were easy to transfer.. not sure what went round here.. but it’s the main reason I got the pad.. to play eve so? Please help
