It sounds like you'll want to follow: Authorize a PC to play iTunes purchases
In case you've exceeded 5 authorized computers, see section, 'Deauthorize all authorized computers'. Then authorize the PC again.

Delete and redownload the songs which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
