Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you've been receiving 'This computer is not authorized' when attempting to play content in the iTunes app on your PC. We'll do our best to assist with this.
It sounds like you'll want to follow: Authorize a PC to play iTunes purchases
In case you've exceeded 5 authorized computers, see section, 'Deauthorize all authorized computers'. Then authorize the PC again.

Delete and redownload the songs which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
