Apple Watch QR code
Hi,
Is there an app or something I can use on my Apple Watch to scan in the QR Scanners when entering restaurants or shops instead of using my camera on the iPhone.

Well no, the watch does not include a camera so can not scan anything. But you could have an app that presents such codes at contactless readers. Similar to how the Wallet app already works, for checking into flights, etc.
