Cellular data
My data only works on messages, phone and FaceTime.? It doesn’t work on anything else what could it be? I’ve tried resetting the network setting what could it be I have a iPhone se 2nd generation

Double Check something-
Open Settings ➔ Cellular: Here, ensure that Cellular Data is set to ON. Scroll down and you will see a list of apps. Ensure that all of those apps are set to ON (to use Cellular data).
