I downloaded songs already but I can’t listen offline. I don’t know why but whenever I turned off wifi or cellular data, the song just plays for 15seconds and stops after that. In the beginning I thought that my phone had problem and restarted it, but it havent solved anything. Can you give me some advices? Thanks.

It looks like your access has been deleted/expired. Contact the family member who granted it to you.
It’s a known problem, several similar posts here. Hopefully, a fix will be released soon. Until then, turn both WiFi and Cellular ON, and when on Cellular be sure to play only downloaded music.
the problem happens again. yesterday everything was okay and I could use my apple music as usual. but today morning, all musics in my apple music disappear. I dont know why. apple music suggets me joining apple music but I’m already joining my family sharing. can u give me any solutions? thank u
