No service problem at iphone

Why i have to face coverage expired with no service problem? I paid every month on date. Besides i have release from contract apple-maxis. If not mistaken, that contract only 2 years but now already 3-4 years. So i think possible to block my line or phone. Please explain to me. I have a lot to do by this phone. Thank you.
