How can I backup a disabled iPhone?

There has been a glitching malfunction on my iPhone XR and before I could purchase more storage and backup my iPhone the glitches caused it to disable the phone.

iPhone XR, iOS 14

It is too late to do a backup. You need to restore it first. See here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306. Hopefully you have a recent backup from before this started that you can restore. If not, unfortunately you will lose everything.
