Remote access to elderly Ipad

Is it possible for me to remotely access my mother’s iPad if I get her one from my iPhone or Dell computer?

Possible to remote control another iPhone for tech support? These days there must be a way that I can help my grandma "fix her phone" remotely. Remote control/support of iphone for elderly relative I have seen that there is nothing built in that would allow me to control or see my mum's iphone (we are not local and Teamviewer has been a lifesaver for her laptop) but can anyone recommend an app? She tends to panic at simple issues and if I can just see what the phone is doing, that should allow me to sort it. Thanks!

I friend of mine used the "TeamViewer" app, available on App Store, and he was satisfied.
