iPad Pro 11 M1 spotty microphone

hello I just want to bring up that sometimes my iPad Pro M1 microphone isn’t working especially in meetings or calls.

It is spotty at times. Like it would stop mid-call and the call would drop or I can't hear anyone in my meeting anymore. I would restart my iPad, close my bluetooth, check the connected devices, or even refresh all the apps. These are just temporary fixes though. And even though I redo these, over and over, they sometimes won't work:(

I want to know if this is a software or a hardware issue.
