Mac mini can’t sign in account

I purchased today my new Mac Mini.

everything was fine then I did a restart.

and since then I can’t sign in my computer.

I did a password reset but still won’t work.

i found that there is an option to do reset by pressing command and p or something like that but I have windows keyboard and before locking out from my account I did this settings can you help my how do I do this command p with windows keyboard and this settings
