Cant login to my new macbook air

Hey guys, just bought a new macbook air. Just went through the setup and every time i wanted to create a user account on my macbook(not apple id) it was working for like 5 minutes and then it wrote that i cant amke an account with the name and username. Restarted my macbook and it showed like 4 accounts taht it made but it said that i couldnt make accounts with those names and usernames before the restart. So I opened one od those accounts and tried to login but it didnt let me in. I used 1 password for all accounts and it doesnt let me in. Cant reset my password with apple id and also tried to reinastall macOS. Anybody had this problem?
