How to change my Apple ID country?
How can i get to change my apple account to USA but it not possible since I have a suscription, and i can either eliminate that suscription.

Make sure you have canceled all your subscriptions ( https://support.apple.com/HT202039 ). However, subscriptions will then still continue until the expiration date. You need to contact Apple and request any ongoing subscriptions you have be ended immediately if you do not want to wait until they expire naturally. Contact Apple to resolve an issue:

If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
